CTC Breakdown
CTC = Gross Salary + Employer PF + Employer ESI + Gratuity + Insurance + Other Benefits. CTC includes everything the company spends on you, not what you receive.
Common Components
Basic Pay: Usually 40-50% of CTC. HRA: 40-50% of Basic. Special Allowance: Variable component. PF: 12% of Basic (employer + employee). Professional Tax: ₹200/month in most states.
